Questions and Answers
What's the purpose of GTK-Solutions?
Through my work experience, I came to realize that I enjoy working with small companies. These companies have a great idea or passion whom I loved to help solve problems for. Unfortunately, many growing companies often forget about their small customers and don't prioritize them, I want to solely focus on helping small companies with their GTM-Operations/RevOps effort so that they can grow in an effective way.
Why is your consultancy called GTK?
Because I am lazy and not always the most creative, GTK is the abbreviation of my middle and last names.
What is a company of one?
Company of one is based on the book with the same name, I can highly recommend to read it. The main idea is that thinking and staying small allows you to serve your customers better, while staying more profitable. You can read an article on my blog about this topic.
What kind of companies do you serve? (ICP)
The companies I can help the best are smaller companies who are just starting to think about RevOps, but don't have the budget or workload to hire a full time employee. From my experience, the earlier you start with Revops, the better. If not having a good GTM operations strategy early on, you can accumulate debt. I make sure you have a RevOps roadmap and strategy in place from the very beginning, for a fair price. In terms of industry, my working background is B2B SaaS companies, however I grew up in an entrepreneurial family who sold physical products, as long as your industry is not specialized in the way its sales, marketing and customer success is deviating from a "normal" process, then I should be able to help you.
Why are you focused on Hubspot?
Given my focus towards supporting small and passionate companies, I've chosen to concentrate on HubSpot. I firmly believe that HubSpot provides exceptional value for its price compared to other CRM competitors. Hubspots main edge is that it can cover way more use cases with its 1 platform approach for Marketing, Sales, Customer service, operations etc.
What is your pricing structure, and do you discount?
I try to be as transparent as possible with pricing, you can find all prices on the website or by downloading my one pagers. Since I am a company of one, all services are 100% upfront payment. As a rule I don't discount, but I am happy to be flexible on pricing if you can provide a testimonial or connect with other companies who would be interested in my services.
